Dr. Vincenti professional background

 

Michele Vincenti Ph.D., MBA, M.A. (HOS), CIM, FCSI, STI,  C.I.M., F.CIM, CMgr (UK), F.CMI (UK), CITP 

 

Dr. Vincenti has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, both as a consultant and as an executive in financial institutions. Prior to founding Alvana Inc., Dr. Vincenti owned and operated a large insurance agency in Italy and also managed the Wealth Management Division of a Canadian Credit Union.

Dr. Vincenti is considered particularly skilled in managing relationships and helping companies during the difficult challenges of change. He is a strong, enthusiastic motivator, bringing a high level of integrity to the services he offers his clients.

 

Dr. Vincenti's wife is Persian (Mrs. Shirin Mojtahedzadeh) and he has worked with Iranians for many years helping them to start a new business in Canada and USA, to establish a corporation, and with all the others issues linked to moving to North America

 

Dr. Vincenti  believes in a holistic approach to business management where business solutions are achieved with a mixed approach that blends the study/understanding of processes and economics with people.

 

He believes in creating and sustaining the environment(s) necessary to promote the creation and sharing of knowledge. It is, in essence, a learning organization that supports the strategic goals and objectives of an organization.

 

Dr. Vincenti’s experience lies in strategic business planning with a focus on international development.

                                                                                       Dr. Vincenti’s experience lies in strategic business planning with a focus on international                                                                                                          development.

 

                                                                                       He has completed a PhD in Human Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University, Santa                                                                                          Barbara, California and an MBA in Executive Management at Royal Roads University, Canada.

 

                                                                                       He holds the following designations: Certified Investment Manager (CIM), Fellow of Canadian                                                                                                  Securities Institute (FCSI),  Trusts Specialist (STI), Certified in Management (C.I.M.) Chartered Manager (C.Mgr)(Canada and UK), Fellow of the   Canadian Institute of Management (F.CIM), Fellow Chartered Management Institute (F. CMI)(UK)    and Certified International Trade Professional (CITP).

 

                                                                                       He is a member of the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI),  Canadian Institute of Management (CIM), Forum For International Trade (FITT), and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) (UK).
